1. Company Secretary – 01 vacancy
2. Programmer (Regular) – 44 vacancies
3. Programmer (Contract) – 20 vacancies
4. Deputy Director/Senior Accounts Officer – 04 vacancies

Age Limit: Candidates’ age as should be between 25 years and 40 years for Company Secretary post; between 21 years and 30 years for Programmer post and between 25 years and 35 years for Dy Director/ Sr Accounts Officer post. Cutoff date for determining age limit would be 31-12-2011 for Dy Director/ Sr Accounts Officer post and 30-06-2012 for remaining posts. (Age relaxations will be extended as per Govt. rules).

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess PG Degree from relevant discipline for Company Secretary Post, MCA or B.E./B.Tech for Programmer post and CA/ICWA for Dy Director/ Sr Accounts Officer post.

Application Fee Details: General and OBC candidates and all candidates of other states need to pay Rs. 500/- towards application fee and SC/ST/PWD candidates of MP Domicile need to pay Rs. 250/-. Fee can be paid by the use of Master/Visa Credit/Debit card or through Internet Banking or through MP Online. Those who prefer to pay through MP Online will need to pay Rs. 60/- in addition to the application fee amount.

Selection Process: Selections of candidates will be made on the basis of performance in Written Test and Personal Interview. Those personnel to be selected for Company Secretary Post will be selected only on the basis of Personal Interview.
